Sophie Creese: BIMA 100 "Champion for Change: People"

The BIMA 100 Class of 2025 includes our very own Sophie, Founder of MotherBoard as a "Champion for Change: People"!

The BIMA 100 recognises the most influential people in digital & tech. Every year, BIMA celebrates 100 of the people who are leading the industry right now, leaders, pioneers, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.

What the "Champions for Change: People" category means: BIMA champions a diverse, inclusive tech and digital world and these people are the changemakers finding new ways to make it reality. This category is about giving the spotlight to the people who are using their professional skills or resources to achieve social good, to change industry culture for the better, or to bring new and more diverse talent into our industry and give it the support it needs to flourish.

"I’m honoured to be named in this year’s BIMA 100, in the Champions for Change: People category.

It comes at a critical time when engagement with reproductive health in the workplace has gone backwards this year; yet it remains the missing link in fixing the female talent lifecycle.

Too often, women’s careers are quietly derailed due to normal reproductive needs being misunderstood, unsupported, or overlooked. The cost to individuals is huge, but so is the cost to organisations and the digital industry.

Proud to be part of this year’s list - and more committed than ever to support organisations that want to lead the way for their biggest asset: their people." Sophie Creese
