Sophie Creese (she/her)
Founder

Sophie is the Founder of Motherboard, Co-Founder & Director of HeyFlow, and is a leading the change to help businesses understand how they can improve support for women at work. Sophie is responsible for advancing MotherBoard by growing the Charter, hosting MotherBoard events and working closely with signatories and external partners to advance the movement. Sophie is an award winning activist for gender equality in the workplace and an experienced public speaker

Amber Rowbottom (she/her)
Community Engagement Partner

Amber is the Community Engagement Partner at MotherBoard alongside her day job as a Principle Tech Recruitment Consultant at ADLIB | B Corp Certified.

Amber is an advocate for women working in tech and helps drive the MotherBoard Charter by speaking with business leaders about how they can build their teams to be more inclusive of women and mothers, interviewing mothers and their allies for the MotherBoard blog series and helping to organise online and in person meetup events for the community.

Sabrina Walls (she/her)
Marketing Lead

Sabrina is the Marketing Lead of MotherBoard, Co-Founder & Director of HeyFlow and Marketing Director at ADLIB | B Corp certified. Sabrina plays an instrumental role in the development of the MotherBoard and HeyFlow propositions, products and brands as well as campaigns and collaborations to raise awareness and create conversations with employers that want to better understand female reproductive health in the workplace, whilst advancing the MotherBoard movement and Charter.

MotherBoard is powered by ADLIB, a BCorp certified recruitment agency with a purpose. In 2023, we set up the ADLIB x MotherBoard Ambassador scheme for employees wanting to volunteer their time and join our mission of creating a more gender-fair and inclusive tech industry.
